Carolinalinensdeal ships to customers within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations. All orders are fulfilled from our facility at 40078 Canton Court, Temecula, CA 92591.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days and includes order verification, packing, and carrier pickup scheduling. This processing window gives our fulfillment team sufficient time to prepare your package for carrier collection.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping is free of charge for all orders within the continental United States. There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for free shipping, and no additional handling fees are added at checkout.

Carrier transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather conditions, peak seasonal volumes, or unforeseen carrier disruptions may occasionally extend delivery timelines. The total estimated delivery time is calculated as processing time plus carrier transit time.
Carrier Selection
We select the carrier based on the destination state to ensure the most efficient route and reliable service for your delivery address. Carriers we work with include established U.S. logistics providers with full tracking capabilities. The carrier name and tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s tracking portal using that number. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email, please contact us at info@carolinalinensdeal.com or call +1 951-813-8199 during our service hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT).
Taxes and Duties
Carolinalinensdeal does not collect sales tax on any orders. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no additional tax calculations applied during the payment process. Because we ship exclusively within the continental United States, no import duties or customs fees apply to your order.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first, then contact us within 7 days so we can initiate a carrier trace. If your package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
